What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and any other details you choose to provide, such as your company, phone number, budget and message. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
- To deliver services you have engaged us for (contract).
- To send occasional updates if you have subscribed (consent - you can unsubscribe at any time).
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies needed for it to function, such as a session cookie that protects our forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we retain records as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
